Released in May of 1989, "Midnight Rain" cracked the Top 10 of the contemporary jazz airplay charts and climbed to #14 in Billboard Jazz. "Maximum Groove" released in May 1990, drew rave reviews from the critics and reached #16 in Billboard Jazz. Album # 7, "Aquafrio" released in early 1992 climbed the charts satisfying all Max Groove fans and with great anticipation album #8, “Maxed Out”, was released in 1996. His first ever acoustic piano CD titled "Solo" was released in 2000. The 2001 release “It’s A Beautiful Day” on Orpheus/EMI Music, combined the intimacy, passion, and focus of a classical composer/artist with the sensitivity and moving melodies of the great eras of song writing.
